Who we are

Nexroute (nexroute.site) is a content-production platform for Amazon affiliate marketers. This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with and what rights you have, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

What data we collect

The e-mail address and name given at purchase; sign-in data (passwords are stored in protected form, never in plain text); the products, affiliate links, images, videos and texts you create or upload on the platform; and technical usage records (for example, how many images you generated). Payment details are handled directly by the payment gateway: Nexroute does not receive or store card numbers.

What we use it for

To grant and maintain your access, provide the contracted service, send transactional e-mails (access, password reset), prevent fraud and abuse, control the use of AI features and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the processors needed to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (e-mail delivery), Google (AI image generation, based on the product photo and your choices) and the payment gateway. Each processes data only to provide its service to Nexroute.

Pinterest integration

If you choose to connect your Pinterest account, you authorize it yourself, directly on Pinterest (OAuth). With your permission, Nexroute can read the list of your boards and, at your request, publish the pins you prepared (image or video, title, description and destination link). We store only what is needed for this, such as the access token, in protected form. We never publish anything without an action from you, we do not access messages or private data beyond what is needed, we do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it to train models. You can revoke access at any time in your Pinterest app settings or by disconnecting the account inside Nexroute; when you disconnect, we delete the token. Use of Pinterest is also subject to Pinterest's own terms and privacy policy.

Your rights (LGPD)

You may ask us to confirm that we process your data, and request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. When you close your account we delete or anonymize your personal data, except what we must keep to meet a legal obligation.

Retention and security

We keep data while the account exists and for as long as the law requires. We use encrypted connections and per-account access control, so each user can only access their own data. No system is completely immune to incidents; if one occurs that may affect you, we will notify you as the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page, and relevant changes will be communicated by e-mail.
